Place your unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping mailer.

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
